Cancellations by the customer must be in writing and are subject to the following charges:

50% of the total cost if cancelled more than 30 days before departure.

100% of the total cost if cancelled 14 days or less before departure.

No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.

Kalaos Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour dates will be offered.

Clients are collected and dropped off anywhere in and around the Cape Town CBD. Pick-up and drop-offs can be organized at an additional fee for distances outside the 10 km radius. ​

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate in the tours. Kalaos Travel and Tours is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the tour. ​
